The trained eye can see this is a XLH engine in a XLCH frame. It's been together this way a very long time.
Engine turns over with compression, but it has not been started. Last registered in 1979. The tank appears to be a 1957-8. It is mostly OEM stuff,except the seat and pillion. This bike is loaded with early Sportster stuff.
